Zumba® dance fitness class is fun and high energy, making it an enjoyable way to lose weight and improve fitness.

It is an interval-style, danced-based fitness program. It utilizes the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize fat burning and body toning.

Zumba® is great for the body and soul. Anyone can do Zumba®, so come on down and give it a try!
